Preorders:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production and shipping of your items, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Premades:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout. This will allow you to monitor your package every step of the way.
- Premade products are already in hand and will be shipped 1-3 days after purchase.
Delivery Times:
All premade items will be shipped 1-3 days after purchase! Be sure to check your email to access your tracking number once shipped.

- In the rare instance if needed, you may contact us for sizing exchanges if applicable!
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You agree to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact the delivery company to locate your package or file a lost package report.
Incorrect Addresses:
illhealth is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer’s package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE to cover the cost to reship the package.
